A Light Never Goes Out In Brooklyn

Last Thursday saw the first American ‘event’ for A Light That Never Goes Out, hosted by Book Court in Brooklyn, with fellow author Rob Sheffield hosting a conversation with me about the Smiths. The event was extremely well attended, and ran for almost 90 minutes, by the time you factored in my reading at the front end and the extensive Q&A at the back. I know it was that long because my old friend Joly Macfie from Punkcast came along and filmed it professionally, and has uploaded it to YouTube, uncut. Thanks to Joly for doing so.
