I Love London?

A typical January day back in London: go to take the Northern Line to a meeting… and the line closes down in front of me. No trains between Kennington and Camden Town. That sounds all too familiar. There’s no other easy way of getting to the Angel from South London, so my meeting is canceled, and the whole day scrapped.

Oh, and my iPod has decided to die on me. The usual reset is not working. Anyone have good hints on how to reboot it without having to do the master reset and lose all the contents?

    Tony,

It’s funny you mentioned the iPod trouble since my 40gig has apparently just done the same. All I get is the folder icon with the exclamation point, despite having reset it several times. It is also not reacting to being hooked up to iTunes. Someone thinks these batteries may be good for just a year as mine is one year old and as is their iPod which they are having the same problem with. Could be since my backlight won’t even come on. I’m hoping there is a chance that is just maybe a a bad usb line but I am starting to doubt it.

Victoria line from Brixton/Stockwell to Highbury/Kings X, Tony. Are you losing touch with your roots?
